Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Tender Senior Engineer with a strong background in HVAC systems to prepare and manage technical and financial proposals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing client requirements, developing competitive bids, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Preparation:

• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Prepare accurate technical and financial proposals, including BOQs and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotations and technical data.

Project Analysis:

• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and feasibility studies for tendered projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and company policies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal departments, such as design, procurement, and project management, to gather necessary inputs for tender preparation.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions to clarify project scope and requirements.

Documentation:

• Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, cost breakdowns, and schedules.
• Maintain records of tender submissions and outcomes for future reference.

Support:

• Provide technical support to the team during the tendering process and project negotiations.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement in tendering procedures.
