Retail Sales Supervisor (Coffee)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and boost revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure the effective execution of promotions, product placements, and merchandising.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Train and onboard new sales team members to ensure a high-performing team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the coffee or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the coffee market, including consumer behavior and competitor dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
