About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented FP&A professional to join our finance team. The FP&A will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial performance by providing in-depth analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards and key performance indicator (KPI) summaries.
- Strategic Support: Partner with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Scenario Modeling: Create “what-if” scenarios to assess the impact of potential business decisions, market changes, or investment opportunities.
- Cost Management: Monitor expenses, identify areas for cost savings, and support cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Leverage financial and operational data to identify growth opportunities, risks, and challenges.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis, special projects, and decision support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA) Certificate is Must.
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling at least 5 years experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
