- Study process bottlenecks and analyse data to improve Process flow and factory layout.
- Eliminate or minimize all kinds of wastes to ensure maximum utilization
- Provide the necessary CI training and awareness for all functions levels in order to deploy continuous improvement culture.
- Implement lean manufacture tools, six sigma and suggest systems to standardize working procedures.
- Select, form and manage cross functional improvement teams all over the organization, to spread improvement culture
- Motivate and encourage evoking new Ideas for improvement to activate creativity and encourage participation and employee involvement.
- Gather, evaluate and propose projects to the Top management to secure support and approved resources
- Manage and monitor projects development to achieve targets and deadlines
- Fostering strong relationships with external Industrial society, associations and consultants to provide and supply the organization by new systems and ways for improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree of Engineering.Minimum Experience:1-3 years of experience in FMCG Job specific Skills:Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, problem solving, conflict management, team building, decision making capability, planning and coordination, self-motivated and able to motivate others, strong drive for results, creativity and analytic skills.Very good in English language, qualified in most computer applications.Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of manufacturing and food technology, quality standards, works safety.
