Job Description
- Conduct accurate and thorough research to develop up-to-date training materials
- Create and maintain both hard copy and soft copy training materials in Arabic and English
- Design and conduct post-training evaluations and exams to assess learning outcomes
- Prepare and administer monthly online and written exams
- Develop and implement quarterly revision (refreshment) programs
- Lead on-boarding training for new hires
- Organize and facilitate training sessions for various departments as needed
- Facilitate interactive online training sessions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
- Languages required: Arabic and English
- Years of experience: 3-5 in a medical field.
- TOT certification from a certified institute is preferable.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent in PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
