Environment, Health and Safety Manager

The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of the company's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. This role will ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international EHS regulations and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
  • Manage EHS documentation and records.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance indicators.
  • Advise management on EHS issues and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies.
  • Promote a positive safety culture within the organization.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an EHS Manager in a facilities management company, preferably with experience in industrial/factory settings.
  • Possession of OSHA and NEBOSH certifications is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong English language skills
  • Strong computer usage skills
