Job Description
- Plan and monitor the installation procedure of the machines on the site and insure their efficiency.
- Coordinate with all trades to ensure proper installation of equipment & monitor project updates.
- Monitor the installation of equipment, pipe networks, ductwork, and air outlets to assure the installation quality per the project’s approved shop drawings.
- Approve the subcontractor installations and prepare take-off to confirm the subcontractor bill release.
- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
- Prepare as built drawing & collect closing document ( MA- Catalogues – Guarantee- etc.).
- Coordinate with the technical office the suitable price (V.O additional work).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3:5 Years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office -AutoCAD
- Good Command of the English language
