- Collaborate with the board of directors to create and implement a fundraising plan
- Maintain relationships with existing sponsors
- Obtain financial support from individuals and organizations
- Manage fundraising and special events
- Generate development materials such as grants and case statements
Qualifications: Must be Holding bachelor’s degree in engineeringMust be holding a master’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance and/or economicsExperience with all aspects of the real estate development process, from acquisition and sale through design and construction to stabilizationKnowledge of land use, and real estate development regulationsComfortable with public speaking and community presentationsApplicant must have skills and experience in negotiating acquisitions and financing commitments.The successful candidate should have expert knowledge of the following:real estate development regulations with New urban communities’ authority and other state agenciesExperience with all aspects of the real estate development process, from acquisition and sale through design and construction to stabilizationproducing progress reports and analysis; maintaining development budgets and schedules; and processing development draws.Provide full feasibility studies and recommendations for future projects/acquisitions with CAPEX, COPEX, NPV, and IRR evaluations and recommend a course of action to ManagementComfortable with public speaking and community presentations
