Project Documentation & Management:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project-related documents such as drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation of design modifications and approvals.
- Coordinate and track project progress, identify potential delays, and suggest corrective measures.
Technical Support:
- Offer technical support construction teams.
- Review and interpret architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
- Ensure that the designs comply with local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
Design & Execution Coordination:
- Prepare detailed technical and material specifications for the project.
- Communicate with the design team and ensure that the construction team adheres to the design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address technical issues on-site.
Liaison with Stakeholders:
- Coordinate between the client, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are followed.
- Attend meetings to discuss design issues, project progress, and solve any technical challenges.
Material & Resource Planning:
- Assist in the preparation of material submittals and procurement planning.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment as per project schedule.
Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Identify potential risks in the project and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Address unforeseen technical issues promptly to avoid delays and budget overruns.
Reporting:
- Prepare periodic progress reports, technical summaries .
- Provide status reports and updates to the project manager and other stakeholders.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technical office work .Technical Skills:Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office Suite, and other engineering software.Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.Familiar with construction methods, materials, and processes.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Working Environment:The role generally involves working in an office setting, but site visits and coordination with construction teams are a common part of the job.Working hours may vary based on project deadlines, and some overtime may be required during critical phases of the project.
