We’re looking for a Medical Devices Sales Team Leader in Egypt to join our team of high-performing professionals. responsible for selling medical devices to hospitals, Private clinics, and clubs. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of medical products and client needs to provide suitable solutions, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets in private sectors, hospitals, medical clinics, and clubs, ensuring consistent results on a semi-annual basis.
• Regularly follow up with clients and sales team.
• Set Sales and Marketing plan with sales team to Communicate with targeted clients, present products, and showcase them to medical staff, focusing on key devices, benefits, attractive features, pricing, and quotation.
• Monitor and connect market information regarding agencies, competitors' prices, and services through daily visits or various information networks.
• Attend all relevant meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to serve and develop the sales department and professionally represent the company.
• Submit weekly sales reports aligned with the set plan, including the latest updates during the week.
• Develop weekly plans for sales team coverage and visits (private or government sectors) based on the objectives set by sales plan.
• Support and follow up with the company's collection officer, providing required information to track delayed payments and invoices from clients.
• Qualify new clients with sales team ( Provide information, recommendations, client classifications, and upgrades).
• Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with both new and existing clients.
• ensure and follow up the delivery of devices.
• Respond promptly to client requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor's degree. ( Preferred, Biomedical Engineering, Physical Therapy, pharma, science) Experience: 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, or related field.Good knowledge of medical products and the local marketProven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agentUnderstanding of sales performance metricsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsA team player with a high level of dedicationAbility to work under strict deadlinesCertification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus
