Job Description:
- Plan and track client projects from initiation to completion.
- Schedule and allocate resources to ensure consultant availability.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates.
- Act as the primary client contact for service updates and inquiries.
- Maintain detailed project records, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Prepare and share project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
- Assist with billing processes by tracking deliverables and submitting accurate data.
- Coordinate with consultants, developers, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution.
- Organize and lead meetings to review project progress and address challenges.
- Support onboarding for new team members and clients to ensure seamless transitions.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Support the implementation of tools and best practices to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.2+ years in project coordination, client-facing roles, or similar experience.Proficiency in ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and basic understanding of software development processes.Experience in a software house or technology consulting environment is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely project execution.Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
