Operational Excellence

  1. Strategic Oversight: Oversee and evaluate operational workflows at a strategic level, identifying inefficiencies and collaborating with Operations Managers to implement process improvements that drive efficiency and quality.
  2. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance operational processes using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other best practices, ensuring measurable and sustainable results.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. Present actionable insights to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  4. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust quality control frameworks to consistently deliver high-quality services across all projects.
  5. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Operations Managers and department heads to align process improvement strategies with departmental goals and ensure seamless implementation.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies, proactively addressing any compliance gaps.

Business Development Support

  1. Operational Feasibility for Business Development: Support the BD team by providing operational insights, resource assessments, and feasibility analysis for new business opportunities and potential clients.
  2. Client-Centric Improvements: Collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager to identify areas where operational enhancements can improve client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Proposal Contribution: Contribute to proposal development by providing input on operational capabilities and strategies to effectively meet client needs.
  4. Strategic Support for Sales: Work alongside the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, focusing on operational alignment and readiness.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.Quality Management certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are a plus.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in operational excellence, quality management, or process improvement roles, preferably in facility management or a related industry.Capability to think strategically and align operational initiatives with broader business goals.
