Market Research: Stay informed of e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to refine sales approaches and tactics.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
Sales Reporting and Analytics: Leverage CRM insights and sales data to track performance, measure KPIs, and provide actionable reports to senior management.
