- Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices .
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.Proven experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills:Experience in Health care software recruitment.Knowledge of various sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
