Sales Operations Agent (Real-Estate)

  • Handle lead generation and book appointments
  • Develop “go to market” models for products and campaigns
  • Increase reps’ efficiency with leads, transactions and time management               
  • Handling sales admin and pre-sales coordination.
  • Handling CRM and leads and Contracts
  • Generate reports, Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • Organize meeting and arrange appointments.
  • Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team.
  • You may also handle customer questions, requests, and complaints.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar roleStrong understanding of the sales process to support the sales teamAnalytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales processExperience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting2+ Years Experience as Sales AdminCRM Experience Proficiency in Excel.Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksRelevant training and certifications in Sales Operations preferred
