Chief Financial Officer

• Directly supervise and coordinate company financial management, strategies, administrative planning and control to support company operations goals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the department's strategic priorities and goals, budget and business planning processes.
• Assist management in the formulation of the company's overall strategic direction.
• Direct, plan or implement policies, objectives or activities to ensure continuing operations, maximize returns on investments or to increase productivity.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements, analyses and reports that accurately reflect operating performance and financial position of company.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of the various accounting units.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Analyze and classify risks and investments to determine their potential impacts on the company.
• Establish and implement effective financial policies that adhere to other company’s policies and generally accepted accounting practices and meet statutory requirements
• Manage all existing and future investments of Company
• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Implement corrective action plans to solve organizational or departmental problems.
• Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement or policy change.
• Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing.
• Prepare operational or risk reports for management analysis.
• Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and cash flow analysis.


Qualifications: -Educational Background• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.• Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline is preferred.Professional Certifications• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent certification is required.• Additional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are advantageous.Experience• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.• Experience in the construction, sports infrastructure, or project-based industries is highly desirable.Technical Skills• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and financial analysis tools.• Expertise in project accounting, including revenue recognition and cost allocation.Language Skills• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.Additional Requirements• Familiarity with financial challenges in the construction industry, such as cost escalation and delay penalties.• Willingness to travel to project sites and attend stakeholder meetings as needed.Skills and Competencies: -1.Financial Expertise• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.• Expertise in accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.• Strong understanding of construction project accounting and cost management.2.Strategic and Analytical Thinking• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights.• Strategic mindset to align financial goals with business objectives.3.Leadership and Communication• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.4.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making• Strong problem-solving skills to address financial challenges and mitigate risks.• Ability to make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.5.Technology and Tools Proficiency• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial management software, and advanced Excel skills.• Familiarity with project management tools and construction-specific financial software.Performance Metrics1.
