- Process and confirm reservations for limousine services, including individual bookings, corporate accounts, and special events. Ensure all booking details are accurate and complete.
- Use reservation software to input, manage, and track bookings. Update system with any changes or cancellations and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Address and resolve any questions or concerns regarding reservations, services, or pricing.
- Offer personalized recommendations and solutions based on client needs, preferences, and special requests. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the reservation process.
- Communicate reservation details to drivers and ensure that vehicles are assigned and prepared according to client specifications and schedules.
- Manage and coordinate special requests or requirements for clients, such as VIP services, specific vehicle preferences, or additional amenities.
- Maintain and manage the reservation calendar to ensure optimal scheduling and avoid overbooking. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or special requests.
-Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills-Experience in coordinating Travel Arrangements- Excellent level of English language skills.- 2-4 years experience in a Travel & Tourism company.- Flexible with rotational shifts.
