- Lead and manage the Operation Support Unit.
- Act as a focal point of contact between the operations and supporting functions (mainly finance and supply chain)
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational processes and procedures.
-Responsible for preparing project charters, project budgets and project cashflow.
-Provide status reporting on project performance, alignments with budget and cashflows.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and operational efficiency.
- Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement..
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
-responsible for the materials / service Ordering, planning and spare parts management function.
-Oversee the cost control function for all running project.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence within the unit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.- [7+] years of experience in telecom operations or contract management, with at least [2+] years in a managerial role.- Strong understanding of ICT systems integration, contracts, and industry regulations.- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).- Knowledge of financial management principles related to project budgets and forecasting.- Familiarity with emerging telecom and datacenters technologies and trends.
