- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure using Cisco platforms.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure high availability and scalability of network systems.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
- Oversee hardware and software updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Implement and monitor disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Develop and enforce network security policies.
- Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor network performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for infrastructure and network-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Prepare reports on network performance, capacity planning, and incident resolution.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years in infrastructure and network engineering.Certifications (preferred):Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)Other relevant certifications in Cisco technologies or networking.Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of Cisco platforms and solutions.Proficiency in configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls.Experience with network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs).Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
