- Managing the successful delivery of medium to large-scale Conferences, Projects and Events ensuring all events managed by the company run efficiently and meet budget and operational requirements.
- Contracting and managing all event operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Leading and managing event logistics from end to end, including pre-work, delivery and post event evaluation.
- Working collaboratively with teams across the company alongside external suppliers, hotels, congress secretary , external venues, and travel agencies.
- Negotiating and building relationships with external venues and suppliers.
- Performing venue searches and prepare recommendations.
- Closely monitoring project financials.
- Accurately preparing, reviewing, and monitoring all event related documentation, post-event reporting and ensuring that appropriate records are maintained.
- Efficiently and successfully organize and co-ordinate the logistics and administration of all registration, travel, congress registration and accommodation requirements in support of the planned activity.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO office with filing and arranging related documents .
- Minimum 2 years of Event management experience.- Event management experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a huge advantage .- Excellent communication, and time management skills.- The ability to travel domestically when required.- Excellent budgeting skills and commercial awareness.- Proactive, organized, methodical, and presentable.- Ability to manage work in respect of tight deadlines and multi-tasking, handling several projects.- Interpersonal skills, with high professionalism.- Strong command of English both written and verbal.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
