- Support the Product Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns for pediatric and gynecology products.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials and coordinating with creative agencies.
- Conduct field visits with sales teams to understand market needs and product performance.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with regulatory and supply chain teams to ensure compliance and timely product availability.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc ,Marketing diploma ) is a must 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with at least 1 year in marketing role, Exposure to pediatrics and/or gynecology therapeutic areas is a must.Familiarity with product lifecycle management, marketing strategies, and sales analysis.Willingness to travel as needed for field visits and events.Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry practices in pediatrics and gynecology is an advantage.
