- Manage current HORECA channels i.e. Coffee shops / Bars / Restaurants / patisserie / Hotels and set achievable sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the HORECA channel.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts to enable proactive planning and effective resource allocation.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and conduct training sessions for HORECA staff to enhance their understanding of Quanta's products and effectively promote them to customers.
- Coordinate and conduct regular workshops in different territories to address customer needs, gather feedback, and foster strong relationships.
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned channels by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
- Identify market potential and acquire new HORECA accounts to achieve sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in channel management, sales, or business development within the beverage industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support sub-distributors.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.Willingness to travel to sub-distributor locations as needed.
