• Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor..
• Manage in the process of employee’s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
• Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
• Responsible for Probationary Reports for support staff every 3 Months And sending them to appropriate Parties.
• Responsible for Turn over report at end of each Month.
• Responsible for processing new employees, transfers and Resignation.
• Responsible for entering new employees on system and adding on fingerprint System.
• Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
• Prepare the attendance reports and timesheets
• Prepare social insurance forms (1,2,6)
•Employee coding and Proceed monthly reports for (hiring, leaving, absence, sick … ETC.)
