Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
- Ensure proper inventory management through accurate stock tracking and periodic audits.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse workflows to optimize space utilization and productivity.
- Maintain compliance with safety and security protocols to safeguard personnel and inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely material availability for construction projects.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, warehouse activities, and performance metrics.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with ERP system
Bachelor’s degree of Accounting Or any Related Field. Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the construction or real state Companies.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Leadership and team management capabilities.
