- Supervise and manage the DBA and Application Support & Operations teams.
- Administer Dynamics 365 ERP instances across multiple business units, ensuring seamless integration with third-party software.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of core Dynamics 365 modules (Finance & Supply Chain tracks), including design, configuration, and testing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with computer systems to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor system performance and capacity utilization, ensuring optimal operation.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for Dynamics 365 environments.
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve issues affecting the production flow.
- Conduct training sessions for ERP users, fostering efficient utilization of systems.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Oversee disaster recovery planning and implementation for IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection measures.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in this field.Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP in a retail business environment.In-depth knowledge of computer systems, including hardware, software, and networking.Experience in designing, configuring, and testing Dynamics 365 modules.Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and implementation.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize work according to business needs.
