- Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to align supply with demand to meet inventory requirements.
- Oversee weekly and monthly production schedules, prioritizing work orders accordingly.
- Track material movement throughout purchasing, storage, production, and distribution to retail.
- Establish optimal stock levels while avoiding surplus inventory.
- Generate detailed reports related to MRP, back orders, and production schedules.
- Ensure the timely supply of materials and components to fulfill production needs and maintain minimum safety stock.
- Plan, implement, and assess processes for the delivery of materials from suppliers to the point of fit.
- Evaluate volume requirements against planning assumptions.
- Manage day-to-day order processing and oversee deliveries.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may disrupt the production schedule.
- Ensure all processes are carried out in compliance with established standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or any other relevant IT systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date data, resolving any issues as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOM) and maintain inventory integrity.
Educational Requirements:A degree in business, logistics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.Desired Qualifications and Experience:1-3 years of relevant experience.Strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.Project management experience.Exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
