*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a highly experienced Office Manager to support the CEO of our dynamic and growing medical devices company. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in related positions, demonstrating exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO’s office, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of executive support.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Executive Support:* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- *Office Management:* Oversee the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring a professional and well-organized environment. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- *Communication:* Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage communication on behalf of the CEO.
- *Project Coordination:* Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved.
- *Meeting Coordination:* Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
- *Confidentiality:* Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- *Event Planning:* Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and special projects as needed.
- *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with other executive assistants and office staff to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive support or office management roles, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry. -Bachelor’s degree in any related field- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent in English-Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- High level of professionalism and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience in project management and event planning is a plus.
