A jewelry salesperson helps customers find the perfect diamond ring, bracelet, earrings, or another piece of jewelry for any occasion. In this job, it's your responsibility to sell jewelry, maintain the store, and answer customers' questions as they browse or buy jewelry.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and target new business opportunities via cold calls, emails, and other lead generation methods.
- Research and qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s target market.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct virtual product presentations, demonstrations, and webinars to showcase the company's products and services.
- Tailor presentations to meet customer needs and highlight how products can solve their specific challenges.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, track interactions, and follow up on all leads in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
