Telesales Representative

HEMEX - Egypt - Cairo

We are seeking a Telesales Representative with 1-3 years of experience to drive our course sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their learning needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our courses to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to sell educational courses.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through detailed needs analysis.
  • Provide detailed information about course offerings and answer client inquiries.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our courses to effectively communicate their value.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the education or training industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
