Project Technical Engineer

The purpose of the job is to coordinate with all the company’s departments to implement projects in a professional manner that makes the work run easily and smoothly and not to overlap in the implementation of projects and to set a schedule for each project and follow-up by providing all the materials and resources required for the project and implementing it according to the schedule and finding solutions Any obstacles that could lead to delaying the project from the time specified for it and facilitating the process of operating the Operations Department through a schedule that is renewed daily according to the importance of the project.

  • Coordination of projects that exceed a month in implementation
  1. Preparing a schedule for working hours, the number of workers in charge of the work, and the number of devices                
  2.  Preparing and following up the budget and the local cost   
  3. Coordinating the goals and requirements of the client          
  4. Coordination and follow-up during implementation              
  5. Send weekly reports and the percentage of completion in the project             
  6. Achieve the department daily and strategic goals regarding operation department     
  7. Servicing existing accounts by analyzing work orders and planning daily travel schedule.           
  • Coordination of daily projects              
  1. Receipt of an assignment request from the sales department             
  2. Coordination with the Supportive Functions Department to approve the assignment 
  3. Follow up the readiness of the operators with the management of suppliers and logistics management              
  4. Follow up on equipment and purchase orders with the Ancillary Services Department               
  5. Coordination with the client on dates and site readiness      
  6. Coordination of transfers with the Supportive Functions Department
  7. Preparing and following up the contract for operations management
  8. Preparing a schedule for daily operations                  
  • Conduct analysis and required reports              
  1. Submitting a weekly report on ongoing projects (for Petrol Lines only)            

      2. Submit a report predicting upcoming projects and the labor needs required to implement the projects.


2:4 Years of experience in the same field.Mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics Engineering Graduate.Good command of English.Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Project Management.PMP.Mentorship.
