Job Description

Plan event from scratch according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
Increase the flow through branding activities that position the hospital ahead the healthcare market
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
Coordinate all operations in cooperation with medical, sales and operational departments.
Lead promotional activities for the event.
Approve and check all aspects before the day of the event
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
Analyze the event’s success, prepare reports and deliver leads to CRM.

2:4 Years of experience in organizing events, activations and exhibitions.Excellent command of English.BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field is preferredPositive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organization.Excellent communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Medical background/experience is a plus.
