- Acting as the main site responsible person for the execution of the project
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the site progress
- Manage site works documentation, follow up monthly, weekly, daily technical reports and compare it with the proposed project time schedules.
- Hand over the final weekly report to the upper management.
- Preparation of Materials Take off.
- Providing engineering solutions for BuildIn site team members
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors and the general workforce involved in the project
- Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Liaising with the technical office about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
- Liaising with procurement about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials and subcontractors
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to the standards
Bcs. Degree in Architecture or civil engineeringHigh communication & interpersonal skillsMust possess strong site management skillsExperience in using (Autocad,Sap2000,Autocad structural drawing)Experience in using Photoshop is preferredBasic English languageExcellent knowledge of Microsoft office
