Key Responsibilities
Personnel Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal data, and job information.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Payroll Administration:
- Accurately process payroll on a [monthly/bi-weekly] basis, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Calculate wages, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and submit required government reports and filings.
Support HR Operations:
- Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes and systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR, personnel management, and payroll processing.Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
