HR Specialist / Personnel & Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Personnel Management:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal data, and job information.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.

Payroll Administration:

  • Accurately process payroll on a [monthly/bi-weekly] basis, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Calculate wages, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries.

HR Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit required government reports and filings.

Support HR Operations:

  • Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes and systems.

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR, personnel management, and payroll processing.Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
