Prepare, review, and update shop and as-built drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications and accurate reflection of completed work.
- Conduct material take-offs, cost estimations, and track material usage. Assist in budget management and procurement.
- Review subcontractor invoices, verify charges, and issue payment certificates. Ensure compliance with contract terms and resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise between design, construction teams, and subcontractors, providing technical guidance and resolving issues.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings and reports, and track project progress.
- Ensure all work adheres to building codes and industry standards through regular checks and corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.Proven experience in structural design, shop drawings, QS.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software.Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and cost estimation.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
