- Analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making in talent management, employee engagement, and performance optimization.
- Develop and manage HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Collaborate with HR teams and management to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively.
- Present insights and reports to senior Management for strategic HR planning.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data by maintaining and updating databases.
- Assist in designing compensation and benefits strategies using benchmarking and internal equity analysis.
- Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to forecast workforce trends, such as attrition risks and talent gaps.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports for HR leadership and business units.
- Support the implementation of HR technology tools to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee data.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.Advanced degree or certification in HR Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline is a plus.Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.Proficiency in HRIS systems and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, or Excel).Strong analytical and statistical skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills for presenting data insights to non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Knowledge of HR practices, workforce planning, and labor market trends.
