- Review customs documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Prepare all required documents and paperwork for customs processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor and track submission requests and updates on the "Nafeza" platform, ensuring timely processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations and finance, to maintain smooth workflow.
- Develop periodic reports related to customs operations and submissions for management review.
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and ensure their prompt application.
- Resolve any issues arising during the submission process and handle inquiries related to customs operations.
- Organize and archive customs files and documents for easy access when needed.
