- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar roleAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures Solid knowledge of accounting regulations Excellent math skills with an attention to detail Time-management abilities ConfidentialityBSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant fieldAdditional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus5 years of experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Proficiency in English is considered a priority for acceptance and hiring.Priority will be given to residents of Maadi, Helwan, and Mokattam areas.
