- Render safe and effective pharmaceutical service to all Patients.
- Monitor, control assigned pharmaceutical stocked items in the pharmacy and review pharmacy records, pharmacy stock-level inventories.
- Recognize apparent chemical and/or physical changes to drug preparations during storage.
- Advise the supervisor on drug usage fluctuations especially drugs on the critical list.
- Advise physicians of any abnormality in the prescription and/or if the medication prescribed is not available in stock.
- Dispense medicine and medical supplies according to physicians' prescriptions or inpatient medication sheet.
- Receive and control receipts and issuances as applicable and designed by Chief Pharmacist.
BSc. Degree in Pharmacy.Good Communication Skills.1 Years in reputable hospital as ( Inpatient Pharmacist is a must )Current Registration with the Health Profession Council.Working knowledge of healthcare quality, utilization review and related risk management processes application to various pharmacy committees and department/service activities. Responsible for own professional growth beyond minimum preparation.
