Inpatient Pharmacist

  • Render safe and effective pharmaceutical service to all Patients.
  • Monitor, control assigned pharmaceutical stocked items in the pharmacy and review pharmacy records, pharmacy stock-level inventories.
  • Recognize apparent chemical and/or physical changes to drug preparations during storage.  
  • Advise the supervisor on drug usage fluctuations especially drugs on the critical list.
  • Advise physicians of any abnormality in the prescription and/or if the medication prescribed is not available in stock.
  • Dispense medicine and medical supplies according to physicians' prescriptions or inpatient medication sheet.
  • Receive and control receipts and issuances as applicable and designed by Chief Pharmacist.

BSc. Degree in Pharmacy.Good Communication Skills.1 Years in reputable hospital as ( Inpatient Pharmacist is a must )Current Registration with the Health Profession Council.Working knowledge of healthcare quality, utilization review and related risk management processes application to various pharmacy committees and department/service activities.  Responsible for own professional growth beyond minimum preparation.
