Reports To: General Manager  

Job Summary: 
Responsible for managing daily F&B operations to ensure exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability. The manager is tasked with planning, organizing, and directing operations, managing the team, controlling costs, and maintaining product and service quality.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily operations in the F&B department to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.  
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial efficiency. 
  • Train and develop team members to ensure high performance and excellence.  
  • Collaborate with the chef and beverage team to develop menus.  
  • Conduct market analysis, explore expansion opportunities, and execute development strategies.  
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience and address complaints effectively.  

 

 


Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing F&B operations.  Strong leadership and organizational skills with a readiness for growth and expansion.  Solid knowledge of health, safety regulations, and local market requirements.  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams effectively.
