- Act as the main point of contact between the Consultant office, project management team, and on-site teams.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method of statements.
- Ensure technical documentation is aligned with project specifications and client requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with designs and standards.
- Provide technical assistance to site teams for resolving issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with site engineers to maintain alignment between planned and actual work.
- Assist in developing project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Track and monitor project progress, highlighting risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely submission of deliverables, including progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct quality checks on-site and in the technical office to ensure adherence to standards.
- Document and report non-conformities and propose corrective measures.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of technical documents, RFIs, change orders, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare periodic project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is updated and archived as per company protocols.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.4 - 8 years of experience in a technical office or site coordination role.Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and materials.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project,).Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
