Events Management
· Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of all IECC events, including workshops, trips,
client meetings, the periodically events and employee gatherings
· prepare all the proper needed documents (travel authorization, perdiem,…) and finalize the proper
approvals
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal NU policies related to event
planning and management
· Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reporting as needed
· Develop and implement event planning processes and best practices to optimize efficiency and
resource utilization
· Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring a smooth and professional delivery
· Collaborate with requesters to understand event objectives and requirements. of the event.
· Manage logistics for event elements such as catering, audiovisual equipment, and event technology,
secure booking, logistics, and other arrangements
· Maintain accurate records of attendee information and event participation for security purposes.
· Proceeding with the necessary actions for the maintenance if needed.
· Store & count all events items, supplies & stationery. And reporting with the balance status
· Managing events requirements – hospitality, media & Marketing ,.. purchasing process & payments
· Proceeding with the events requests through the ERP system and following up till finalizing the
procedures PR&PO
· Legal Affairs & Contracts Management
· Review and finalize all legal contracts, agreements, and other documents to ensure compliance with
NU policies and applicable laws.
· Coordinate with the legal department and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and
signatures
· Upload the documents on CMS for the legal department revision, and to get the internal approvals
· Archive all executed contracts and agreements
· Assist in the drafting of new contract documents, ensuring adherence to the organization's legal


Education, Professional Knowledge & Experience  • Bachelor’s degree preferable in a related major of hiring school• 2-4 years of Experience in Administration generally and customer service Experience • Experience in Student advising is a plus.Language Skills:· Arabic: Native· English: Very Good§ Computer Skills:· Office 365: Word, Excel, and Power point· Other Skills:· Knowledge of administrative and data management procedures.· Excellent planning, organizing time and work management.· Project Management Skills: Ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously and oversee allaspects from planning to execution.· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills to manage logistics, documentation,and event schedules effectively.· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teammembers, clients, and vendors.· Event Logistics Management: Ability to handle logistics such as catering, audiovisual needs, seatingarrangements, and technology requirements.· Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to maintain accurate records, manage supplies, and ensuresmooth operations.· Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to address issues that arise during events and maintain adaptability ina dynamic environment.
