- Design and plan customized outbound travel packages for individual, group, and corporate clients based on their preferences, budgets, and timelines.
- Research and curate itineraries that include popular and emerging international destinations, activities, accommodations, and local experiences.
- Negotiate with suppliers (hotels, transport companies, tour guides) to secure the best rates and services.
- Advise clients on travel options, destinations, visa requirements, insurance, and other travel-related details.
- Provide expert recommendations and support clients in choosing the best tour packages.
- Manage the booking process for flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions, ensuring all details are correct and clients’ preferences are met.
- Prepare and deliver essential travel documents like itineraries, tickets, vouchers, and travel insurance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their trips.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure clients have a smooth travel experience.
- Collect feedback after trips to improve service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and contracts for clients, ensuring they align with the tour pricing and agreements.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in outbound tour operations, travel agency, or a similar role in the travel and tourism industry.A degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.Ability to clearly convey information and interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade clients and negotiate with suppliers.Ability to handle client issues or disruptions during travel and resolve them effectively.In-depth knowledge of international travel destinations, popular tourist attractions, hotels, and activities.Understanding of international travel regulations, visa processes, and safety standards.
