Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Identify and utilize effective recruitment resources and channels to attract and hire right talents
- Manage and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire, turnover rate).
- Develop the talent lifecycle and processes (onboarding, goal setting, feedback and performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, promotion, and career pathing) to ensure fair and inclusive results and build internal capabilities.
Organizational Development:
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement organizational development programs that support business goals and improve employee effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.
- Design and oversee leadership development programs to ensure a pipeline of capable leaders at all levels.
- Manage performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development planning.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate change management processes related to organizational restructuring, culture change, or process improvements.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Use employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights for improving workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to implement recognition and reward programs that reinforce desired behaviors and results.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and organizational development • Experience designing and implementing organizational development programs, such as leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.• experience in employee engagement, culture building, and talent retention strategies.
