In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things lead data within our CRM system. You'll play a critical role in keeping our sales funnel flowing by entering, tracking, and managing leads effectively. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing user permissions, system configurations, and exporting reports to provide valuable insights to the sales team and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Data Champion: You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient lead data entry into our CRM system. This includes verifying leads aren't duplicates, monitoring ad campaigns for new leads, and keeping track of their progress within the system.
- Lead Nurturing Partner: Working with our sales team, you'll assign leads to reps, track their progress, and update information based on interactions and outcomes.
- Customer Engagement Advocate: Collaborating with sales reps, you'll document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM for future reference and analysis. This ensures we're providing the best possible customer experience.
- CRM System Guardian: Maintaining data accuracy and cleanliness within the CRM is essential. You'll monitor data quality, identify any issues, and collaborate with the CRM technical support person or IT team to address them and implement improvements.
- Administration Control Panel Master: You'll manage user permissions within the CRM system, ensuring appropriate access levels for all users. Additionally, you'll be responsible for configuring system settings and maintaining optimal functionality.
- Reporting Specialist: You'll be responsible for exporting reports from the CRM system to provide valuable insights into lead generation, sales performance, and customer engagement. This includes identifying relevant data points, customizing reports, and sharing them with stakeholders
