Responsibilities:
- Create and develop marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Create a desired market segments, industry related competitors database.
- Handling marketing budget quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.
- Maintain dynamic and valuable content for company website / social communities’ sites.
- Publish marketing campaigns whereas content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media….etc.
- Broadens relationships with real estate developers and agencies.
- Responsible for marketing material such as brochures, banners and case studies.
- Assess campaigns stated targets against the actual.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Web Trends....etc.
- Developing and optimizing AdWords, Advertising, Facebook campaigns
- Best practices in online marketing trends and measurement.
- Publish advertising according to consumers’ behaviors.
- Maximizing company market share
- Experience in targeting audiences and creatively leading a marketing campaigns across different channels.
Requirements:BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.8 - 10 years related experience.Excellent communication skills.Strong Leadership skills.Creative and innovative personality.Budget-management skills and proficiency.
