Job Description:
- Manage the recruitment process (job postings, interviews, hiring).
- Support personnel administration (employee files, contracts, records).

- Participate in organizational development projects.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2 to 4 years of HR experience.Must Work in hospital before.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Passionate about HR and eager to learn.
