Customer Service Agent

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service efficiency.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

 

 


Requirements:- Males Only- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role- Good command of English (spoken and written)- Presentable and professional appearance- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
