Consultant Relations & Onboarding Manager ( Fluent English Speaker)

CONTRACTS:

  • Create contracts for stakeholders confirming agreement terms
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating the joining process and negotiating agreements between the organisation and stakeholders
  • Maintain contracts on file securely
  • Established strong client rapport, understanding unique needs and delivering customised solutions.

RECRUITMENT AND ONBOARDING:

  • Recruit and Onboard new stakeholders/clients to LIPS UK and Dr Admin
  • Researching and preparing reports, correspondence and other documents to help facilitate communication
  • Ensure consultants’ previous practices are handed over in a smooth process
  • Liaise with hospitals for consultant employment applications (PPs)
  • Compile and organise all legal documents for stakeholders for corporate governance in compliance with GDPR
  • Maintain all legal documents for consultants
  • Liaise with Hospitals and internal teams for consultant queries/issues
  • Set up consultants’ private practice logistics

LIPS HEALTHCARE BATTERSEA HOSPITAL:

  • Implement and maintain tracking systems for legal documentation
  • Communicate outstanding documents in compliance with BPS PPs policy
  • Obtain a UK DBS for the consultants who are required to obtain one
  • Ensure the PPs tracker is up to date and the source of truth CQC compliance

MANAGERIAL:

  • Create and manage the Legal PPs process from A to Z
  • Create the PPs Tracker and maintain data accuracy for CQC compliance
  • Create, Improve, update and lead the onboarding process
  • Report on progress of onboarding in the Management meetings
  • Implement and maintain a CRM for Business Development
  • Ensure team collaboration and inter-departmental liaison
  • Manage and coordinate projects and ensure successful implementation
  • Create knowledge and data bases and ensure data integrity

OTHER:

  • Manage company’s generic email
  • Any other duties as reasonably required by management.

    -Working days : Monday to Friday ( Saturday & Sunday off )
    -Working hours: from 11:00AM to 7:00PM

University degree in a related disciplineMinimum +5 year experience in the field of UK Healthcare for previous knowledge of insurance regulations and processes and PPs legal processesFluency in English LanguageFast learner – Takes initiativeMultitaskingMaintaining ConfidentialityMS 365 experience required (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Lists, Sharepoint and Power Automate)CRM experience is a plusAdobe Acrobat Pro experience is a plus
