Job Overview

Ishraaq for Community Development is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling mobile accessories. This role is crucial to the success of our project, which aims to empower youth by providing them with the skills and resources necessary to establish businesses in mobile accessory production and sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales channels, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve project goals and increase market penetration for mobile accessories.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the mobile accessories sector.
  • Sales Channel Management: Oversee the sales process through various channels, including e-commerce platforms and local partnerships with retailers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a sales team, providing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets; adjust strategies as necessary based on data analysis.
