- Develop and execute expansion strategies: Create and implement comprehensive expansion plans aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential locations and assess market viability.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Contract management: Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of all lease agreements and related contracts.
- Project management: Manage all aspects of the expansion process, from site selection to store opening.
- Sales and marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail leasing, real estate, or a related field.Proven track record in site selection, lease negotiation, and contract management.Strong financial analysis skills and experience with budget management.Excellent market research and analytical skills.
